	PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARDS - SURFACE MOUNT (SMT) We are set up to accommodate a wide variety of assemblies from Prototypes to Beta builds or in low to high volume manufacturing, allowing us to achieve first class high quality product. Our vision is committed to serving our customers needs with innovative processes and continued pursuit of excellence. Our SMT capabilities and commitment to continuous improvement puts us a step above other electronic manufacturers. SMT equipment includes Optical Screen printers, multiple Pick and Place platforms and convection reflow ovens.
PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARDS – THROUGH HOLE (T/H) Our Through Hole process for a wide variety of assemblies is intended to be as highly efficient and as automated as possible. We strive to increase the quality of each assembly by reducing build variations by automating the T/H build process. Our T/H equipment includes Sequencer/VCD, Component Locators, Leaded and Lead Free Soldering and Aqueous Board cleaning systems.
	CABLE AND HARNESS ASSEMBLY VEMAS capabilities for cable and harness assembly services spans a range of sizes, and cable types to include micro wires, branched cables, multi conductor cables, coaxial cables, multiple connector types, multiple wire bundles and submerged cables. VEMAS has assembled cables for consumer electronics, medical, military and commercial use.
PRODUCT BUILDS AND SYSTEM INTEGRATION In addition to electronic subassemblies, VEMAS also provides mechanical build services to the higher level box assembly. This higher level of system build service allows for direct delivery into your distribution channels.
	TESTING SERVICES VEMAS offers a variety of testing options starting with visual inspection using Advanced Optical Inspection followed by in-process In Circuit Testing with our Flying Probe Tester or our GenRad test platform with OPENS Express. VEMAS also offers a variety of functional testing services based on customer specifications using supplied test equipment and procedures.
